Refund Policy

Because our packages involve committing capital to live trading for a fixed term, most payments are not refundable in the ordinary sense. Instead, your available wallet balance can be withdrawn, and your committed capital is returned according to the schedule below.

The one-time registration fee of $20 covers account setup and verification. It is non-refundable once your account has been created and verification has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Funds you have deposited to your wallet but have not yet allocated to a package remain your available balance. You may withdraw this balance at any time, subject to identity verification (KYC) and standard withdrawal checks. Network, bank or processing fees for the withdrawal are not refundable.

Once capital is allocated to a package, it is committed to live trading for the full contract term of 18 months (Golden) or 24 months (Diamond) and cannot be refunded on demand during that term.

After the term ends, your capital is returned in 3 equal parts over the following 3 months, as described in your contract and our Terms & Conditions.

Monthly returns credited to your wallet are yours to withdraw, subject to verification and withdrawal checks. Returns already paid are not clawed back except in cases of proven error, fraud or breach of our terms.

Committed contracts are intended to run for their full term. We do not generally permit early exit. Where an early termination is allowed at our discretion or is required by law, it may be subject to conditions, deductions or fees, and returns for the unfinished period will not be payable.

Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or network. Please verify all payment details carefully before you send.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith - for example, on funds that have already been credited or allocated - is a breach of our terms and may lead to suspension of your account and recovery of the disputed amount.

To withdraw an available balance, use the Withdraw page in your client portal. For any refund request that falls within this Policy, contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the request.

We review eligible requests within a reasonable time. Processing times depend on the payment method, verification status and our compliance checks. We will keep you informed of the status of your request.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date. Terms in force at the time you allocated capital continue to govern that contract.
